We Do

Implementation

  • Operating-model design and implementation support
  • As-is / to-be maps, control matrices, evidence-pack design on your systems
  • Configuration guidance for stacks you own or already contract
  • A 90-day path with owners inside your organisation
We Do Not

Never

  • Hold keys, custody assets, or take owner / root admin
  • Provide virtual-asset investment advice or brokerage
  • Issue tokens or design issuance as a product
  • File or obtain a licence — counsel does
  • Act as a payment service provider or run a corridor
  • Guarantee an exam pass, a licence grant, or a regulatory outcome

SOW Rules

No SOW without the fence and a 50% deposit.

One Workflow

Named in the agreement. A second workflow is a change, not a favour.

Deposit

50% on signature to start. Remainder on delivery.

Invoice Line

DLT implementation and operating-model services — [project].

After

No obligation to buy a next step. Further work is scoped only after the sprint is paid.

Entity

Who You Are Contracting

fazeZERO — mainland distributed ledger technology services and cloud services. Virtual-asset and payment-services activities are not listed.

Safe verbs: design, map, implement operating controls, produce evidence packs, integrate to a named licensed partner.
