We build and integrate applications. We do not hold keys or custody assets, provide investment or legal advice, file licences, or guarantee regulatory outcomes.

Application Engineering

  • Product definition, domain modeling and application architecture
  • Configuring, extending and integrating application foundations
  • Application-level AI, with evaluations and human checkpoints
  • Testing, controls, evidence and deployment to your cloud
  • Operating-model implementation inside the application
We Do Not

Never

  • Hold keys, custody assets, or take owner or root admin access
  • Provide investment, legal or regulatory advice
  • File or obtain licences (your counsel does)
  • Act as a payment service provider, broker or VASP
  • Guarantee an exam, licence or regulatory outcome
  • Call an application "production" before your integration, hardening and acceptance are complete

How an Engagement Starts

Work starts on a signed agreement that includes the limits on this page.

One Named Workflow

Each sprint is scoped to a named application or workflow. Adding a second one is a change request.

Deposit

A deposit on signature to start. The remainder is due on delivery.

Change Control

Scope changes are priced and agreed before work starts on them.

After

You're not obliged to buy a next step. Further work is scoped only after the current engagement is paid.

IP and Data

Intellectual Property

fazeZERO keeps its factory, generator, architecture grammar, reusable libraries and reusable application assets. Customer-specific IP follows the customer contract.

Production data stays in your environment. If AI providers are involved, you choose them and we document what data they can see.

Who you are contracting: fazeZERO is Dubai-based and licensed on the mainland for distributed ledger technology services and cloud services. Virtual-asset and payment-services activities are not on our licence.
