Why we do not sell “compliance advisory”

We do not sell legal advice or policy theatre. We sell production controls and evidence, productized as fixed offers.

Part of Digital Asset Operations(10)

“Compliance advisory” is a phrase that hides three different jobs:

  1. Legal and licensing: counsel's job.
  2. Policy theatre: documents nobody runs.
  3. Production controls and evidence: what operators actually need on Tuesday.

We only do (3), and we deliver it as applications.

What we build

  • Control and evidence models tied to a workflow
  • Case management for KYC/KYB, KYT and Travel Rule alerts
  • Dual-control and approval workflows
  • Exception registers and evidence packs generated from the work itself

See Compliance Operations & Evidence.

What we will not sell

  • Jurisdiction shopping
  • “We'll get you licensed”
  • Securities or virtual-asset opinions
  • Speaking to the regulator as your representative
  • Generic AML opinions

If your RFP is mostly (1), hire counsel. If your pain is (3), bring us the workflow.

Why this is commercial, not only ethical

Blurred advisory is how firms end up in two years of “strategic conversations.” A fixed application scope is how production shows up.

How we work

Next step: If a proposal reads like a law-firm brochure, it is not from us, even if the logo is crypto.

Fence: Application engineering and operating-model implementation only.
