SME Credit Pack Discovery

SAR 40,000–80,000 fixed. 50% on signature to start. Remainder on delivery. 4–6 weeks. Requirements validation, not a production bureau. Zoom this week. Onsite in Riyadh or Dubai by arrangement.

Engagement

For the SME credit head, transaction-banking SME desk, or digital-bank underwriting lead at a licensed finance company or mid-tier bank. Dummy data only.

You do not need a licence to specify the file. You need a licensed principal to run it live. Four to six weeks. Twenty synthetic SMEs through your credit template. SAR 40,000–80,000 fixed.

Scope

What You Buy

A credit officer can mark, on paper, which fields they would use.

We process a closed set of synthetic SMEs: ZATCA-shaped invoice history, open-banking-shaped transactions (Lean sandbox as if SAMA AIS), CR / VAT stubs.

Wave 24 (VAT revenue above SAR 375,000) is already in force. Wave 25 (SAR 187,500, 1 February 2027) expands the file population. The file exists. Most mid-tier SME desks still underwrite from statements and a visit.

No money moves. No consumer is onboarded. No production bank API is called.

  • Bank-facing API stub: POST /entities/{id}/packs
  • Security and residency one-pager — deploy in your VPC, we see nothing live
  • v1 backlog from the objections your officers mark
  • Executive readout

Prerequisites

What We Need From You

  • A named credit-policy owner, not only the innovation lab
  • The current SME application and the exception list — under NDA
  • Whether a Shariah contract type is already board-approved (we will not invent one)
  • The decision-maker in the kick-off and the readout

Next

After This Engagement

  • A later module is optional and only after this engagement is paid: parsers in your VPC, priced indicatively SAR 8,000–15,000 / month per 100 SMEs processed.
  • Still no lending. Still no TPP. The bank is principal.

Counsel-Forwardable

Fence

  • We parse files and produce a pack. We do not take deposits, originate credit, issue invoices, call production bank APIs as a TPP, pull a bureau, or onboard a consumer.
  • Live AIS, later, runs under your licence or a licensed TPP you already contract.
