Operator enablement comes after the application

Operator Enablement Lab is scenario practice on the implemented application, sold after delivery, not a standalone crypto course.

Hiring is slow. Volume is not.

The Operator Enablement Lab is not a public “crypto course.” It is practice on the application and operating workflow your team actually runs: maker/checker, exceptions, escalation and evidence.

The rule we enforce

After the application is implemented. Otherwise you are training people on fog.

Format

  • One or two days, closed to your firm
  • Scenario-based drills inside the implemented application
  • Maker/checker scenarios, exception handling, evidence generation and escalation

Where it makes sense, we deliver it with training partners.

What success looks like

Operators can run the path without a consultant in the chair. The CCO still owns accountability. We never take keys, and training does not turn us into your shadow operations team.

Digital asset applications and add-ons

Next step: If the application is live and the team cannot run it confidently, the Lab is the right buy. Another strategy offsite is not.

Fence: Training on production operations and evidence. Not licensing education. Not advice on buying or selling assets.
